Returns Refunds and Cancellation

At Zelawatji Namkeen, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are food items and perishable in nature, please read our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Returns Policy

  • Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of namkeen, snacks, or other edible products once delivered.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund/store credit, depending on the situation.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Approved cancellation before dispatch
  • Verified damaged or incorrect products
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled by us

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
